Health coaching is more than just setting wellness goals—it’s about deeply reconnecting with your body’s wisdom so you can create sustainable habits from a place of self-awareness and empowerment. Instead of rigid diet plans or quick fixes, I help you cultivate mindful, embodied practices that support your well-being in a way that feels natural and aligned.

What to Expect from Our Work Together

Coaching is a collaborative partnership where you set your own goals, and I support you every step of the way.

In our first session, we’ll set the foundation—talking through expectations, how coaching works, logistics, and your Personal Health Inventory. From there, we’ll dive into your vision and core values, exploring what truly matters to you and which changes could make the biggest impact on your well-being.

During our middle sessions, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get into the heart of the work. Together, we’ll set small, realistic action steps that align with your goals and lifestyle—nothing extreme or overwhelming. As challenges or resistance come up (and they usually do!), we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, whether it’s mindset, time, energy, or something deeper. We'll come up with compassionate, practical backup plans to help you stay on track without falling into the all-or-nothing trap. These sessions are also where accountability comes in—I'll be your supportive partner, checking in, helping you stay consistent, and celebrating each win along the way, no matter how small.

In our final session, we’ll reflect on your journey, celebrate your progress, and talk about what’s next for you moving forward.

    This 75-minute micro session is perfect if you’re looking for a focused reset, fresh perspective, or quick support around a specific wellness challenge. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps and a renewed sense of direction—no long-term commitment required.

    Best for clients who have clarity around a specific area of life they need support with.

    Designed to support you in building sustainable habits, reducing stress, and feeling more energized and aligned in your daily life. Together, we’ll create a personalized wellness plan and take steady, empowering steps toward your health goals—one week at a time.

    The 8-session coaching package is a lighter-touch option ideal for self-motivated clients who want guidance but feel confident carrying out most of the work on their own. It’s a more budget-friendly way to gain clarity, set goals, and get a solid wellness plan in place with less ongoing support.

    The 12-session coaching series offers deeper support, more space for growth, and time to navigate life’s ups and downs as you build lasting habits. With this extended journey, we can go beyond the basics—unpacking mindset blocks, refining your routines, and creating a truly sustainable, aligned lifestyle.

  • Health coaching is all about helping you create healthy habits that fit your lifestyle, whether it’s with nutrition, movement, stress management, or overall well-being. It’s action-focused and future-oriented—I help you set goals and find realistic ways to stick with them. Therapy, on the other hand, dives deeper into emotions, past experiences, and mental health challenges. While both offer support and motivation, therapists diagnose and treat mental health conditions, while I’m here to guide and empower you to make sustainable changes that help you feel your best.

  • Our first 2 sessions will likely run up to an hour, because we will be exploring lots of information at first. Our remaining sessions will last 20-45 minutes.

  • A single session is like a spark—it can offer clarity, insight, or immediate support. A coaching series is the fire that keeps burning. It creates a supportive container for lasting transformation, accountability, and deep personal growth.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual coaching, so we can work together in the way that fits you best. Some clients prefer to meet in person, others choose a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, and many work with me entirely online.

  • At this time, health coaching is not typically covered by health insurance, so I do not bill insurance directly. However, some clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for coaching services—check with your provider to see if this applies to you. I’m happy to provide receipts or documentation if needed!

  • I currently accept payments via Venmo. All payments are typically due upfront to reserve your spot, but if you need help splitting payments, just let me know—I'm happy to work with you to arrange a plan that feels manageable.

  • Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots using the Green Bottle method, which helps us both consider what’s sustainable and fair based on your financial situation. If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out—we can talk openly and find a rate that works for you while honoring the value of this work.
